Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce beet juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce lavender-infused simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce kombucha

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, beet juice, lime juice, lavender-infused simple syrup, cayenne, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for another 10 to 15 seconds (wet shake).
  3. Stir in kombucha.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass and serve.
