Ingredients
- 1 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 2.50 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
- 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
- 1 cup of Ice
- optional toppings: whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Place French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice into a blender.
- Use the crush ice setting and blend until the consistency is smooth and akin to a frapuccino.
- Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
