Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Fords Gin
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Skinos Mastiha liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine Fords Gin, lime juice, Skinos Mastiha liqueur, lavender simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail to remove the ice.
  4. Shake the strained mixture again, without ice.
  5. Double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass over ice.
  6. Garnish by dotting crème de violette over the top of the drink using a dropper bottle.
