Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz Irish Cream liqueur
- Chocolate-coated coffee beans, for serving (optional)
- 1 1/2 oz instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
Instructions
- In a bowl, use electric beaters to whip the instant coffee, caster sugar, and boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, milk, vodka, and Baileys. Shake for 30 seconds, then pour into a martini glass.
- Spoon the coffee whip onto the cocktail mixture, allowing it to spread and join together on top.
- Optionally, garnish with chocolate-coated coffee beans.
