Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 piece Orange peel (1-inch diameter)

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
  4. To flame the orange peel, hold it colored side down about two inches above a lit match, twist and squeeze the peel sharply over the match to ignite the oils, then discard the peel.
