Flaming Bullet Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 piece Orange peel (1-inch diameter)
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
- To flame the orange peel, hold it colored side down about two inches above a lit match, twist and squeeze the peel sharply over the match to ignite the oils, then discard the peel.
