Ingredients
- 3 oz coffee
- 2 oz Kahlua
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
- 1/2 oz aged rum
- Granulated sugar, for glass rim
- Lemon wedge
- 1 large spoonful sweetened whipped cream
- Grated chocolate or nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Use a lemon wedge to moisten a 1/2-inch of the glass rim and dip it in sugar.
- Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar on the glass until it turns brown.
