Ingredients

  • 1/4 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 small red apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
  • 3 fl oz Jim Beam Apple Bourbon
  • 12 fl oz Apple Cider
  • 6 fl oz chilled, dry Sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the sliced apples (reserve a few matchsticks for garnish), apple bourbon, and apple cider. Stir well.
  2. Add the chilled sparkling wine to the pitcher and mix gently.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the sangria, making sure to include some of the apple matchsticks.
  4. Garnish each glass with the reserved apple matchsticks.
