Ingredients

  • 1 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz Zucca
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
  • 3 oz dry Spanish sidra

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine Scotch whisky, Zucca, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and Demerara syrup.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top the cocktail with dry Spanish sidra.
  5. Garnish as desired.
