Ingredients

  • 1 oz Mezcal Joven
  • 1 oz Dark chocolate and salt liqueur
  • 0.50 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 3 dashes Orange bitters
  • 4 oz Hot chocolate
  • 0.75 oz Heavy cream
  • Cinnamon stick (garnish)
  • Grated nutmeg (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour the mezcal, dark chocolate and salt liqueur, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters into a mug or glass, then stir quickly.
  2. Add 4 oz of hot chocolate and stir again.
  3. Gently layer the heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg.
