Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz tequila
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the tequila and orange juice, and stir well.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass.
  4. Allow the syrup to settle at the bottom and slowly rise to create the gradient effect.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.
