Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Anchor Christmas Spirit
  • 1/2 oz The King's Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup
  • 1/2 oz Egg white
  • 2 oz Anchor Christmas Ale
  • 3 dashes Dale DeGroff's Allspice Bitters
  • Garnish: Shaved nutmeg and bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine Anchor Christmas Spirit, The King's Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a fizz glass.
  4. Top the cocktail with Anchor Christmas Ale.
  5. Garnish with shaved nutmeg and three drops of bitters.
