Ingredients
- 2 oz Havana Club Añejo Especial
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Homemade Christmas syrup
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Fill a Whiskey tumbler or similar glass with ice and let it chill.
- Combine Havana Club Añejo Especial, fresh lemon juice, homemade Christmas syrup, and egg white in a Cocktail Shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients (no ice) in the shaker for 10-15 seconds, ensuring the shaker is tightly closed.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass and allow the foam to set for a few seconds.
- Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise, and a slice of dried orange.
