Ingredients

  • 2 oz Havana Club Añejo Especial
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Homemade Christmas syrup
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

  1. Fill a Whiskey tumbler or similar glass with ice and let it chill.
  2. Combine Havana Club Añejo Especial, fresh lemon juice, homemade Christmas syrup, and egg white in a Cocktail Shaker.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients (no ice) in the shaker for 10-15 seconds, ensuring the shaker is tightly closed.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass and allow the foam to set for a few seconds.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise, and a slice of dried orange.
