Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • Orange slices
  • 1/2 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • A small pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 Cardamom pods

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the honey and orange juice. Boil until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
  2. Add the mulling spices and all the juices to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it rest for 2 hours to allow the spices to infuse.
  4. Strain the spice mix, reserving some cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing into the glass. Ladle the mocktail into the glass and add the garnish before serving.
