Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Honey
- Orange slices
- 1/2 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Star Anise
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Dried Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon Orange Zest
- A small pinch of Nutmeg
- 2 Cardamom pods
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the honey and orange juice. Boil until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy.
- Add the mulling spices and all the juices to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it rest for 2 hours to allow the spices to infuse.
- Strain the spice mix, reserving some cinnamon stick, orange slices, and star anise for garnishing into the glass. Ladle the mocktail into the glass and add the garnish before serving.
