  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Havana Club Añejo Especial, fresh lemon juice, homemade Christmas syrup, and egg white.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients for 10-15 seconds without ice, ensuring the shaker is tightly closed.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass and wait for the foam to set.
