Ingredients

  • 2 oz Havana Club Añejo Especial
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Homemade Christmas syrup
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

  1. Fill a Whiskey tumbler or similar glass with ice cubes and let it chill.
  2. In a Cocktail Shaker, combine Havana Club Añejo Especial, fresh lemon juice, homemade Christmas syrup, and egg white.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients in the shaker for 10-15 seconds without ice, ensuring a tight seal.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass and allow the foam to set for a few seconds.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick, star anise, and a slice of dried orange. Cheers!
