- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 oz dark rum
- 1/4 oz brandy
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Ground nutmeg, for garnish

- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the egg, sugar, and milk. Whisk the mixture until well combined.
