Ingredients

  • 2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856 whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 3 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: lemon peel, cloves

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, hibiscus syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain out the ice and reshake for 30 seconds, or use a hand-held latte whisk for 30 seconds to create a foamy texture.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel studded with cloves.
