Ingredients

  • 4-6oz Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 1oz dark rum
  • 8-10 fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange wedge
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 1 rosemary sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the orange wedge and 5-6 cranberries.
  2. Add the dark rum, Crabbie's, and a couple of small drops of vanilla if desired.
  3. Stir the mixture and fill the glass with ice.
  4. Top with extra cranberries, and optionally garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.
