Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce, divided
  • Juice of half a lime plus one lime round, reserved for garnish
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 shot gin
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger, optional
  • 1 can of lime sparkling water, divided
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils, optional

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with 1 cup of ice, combine 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, gin, and grated ginger.
  2. Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients.
  3. Pour and strain the mixture over an ice-filled rocks glass.
