Ingredients

  • 3-4 teaspoons Elderflower Cordial
  • 2 strawberries, halved
  • 1 glass chilled Brut Champagne

Instructions

  1. Place the halved strawberries in a small bowl.
  2. Pour the Elderflower Cordial over the strawberries and let them sit for at least 15 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for a more intense flavor.
  3. When ready to serve, pour the chilled Brut Champagne into glasses.
  4. Drop in the infused strawberries.
  5. Slowly drizzle in the Cordial from the infused strawberries.
