Ingredients
- 2 ounces elderflower liqueur
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 4 ounces chilled Champagne or prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine elderflower liqueur and mint.
- Use the back of a spoon to muddle the mint until slightly crushed.
- Half-fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute or coupe.
- Top with Champagne (or prosecco).
