Ingredients

  • 1 oz prepared espresso coffee
  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cardamom syrup
  • whipped cream, for topping
  • ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small glass, combine the espresso coffee, rum, and cinnamon and cardamom syrup. Stir gently.
  2. Top the mixture with lightly whipped cream.
  3. Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
  4. For the syrup: In a pot, heat 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cardamom pods, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water until simmering. Let it infuse until cool, then strain and store for future use.
