Ingredients
- 1 oz prepared espresso coffee
- 1 oz rum
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cardamom syrup
- whipped cream, for topping
- ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small glass, combine the espresso coffee, rum, and cinnamon and cardamom syrup. Stir gently.
- Top the mixture with lightly whipped cream.
- Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
- For the syrup: In a pot, heat 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cardamom pods, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water until simmering. Let it infuse until cool, then strain and store for future use.
