Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 7/8 cup oat milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/8 cup non-alcoholic rum (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews: Place the cashews in a small bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, oat milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and cloves. Blend on high for about 5 minutes until creamy.
