Ingredients

  • 1/4 ounce Verjus Blanc
  • 1/2 ounce fino sherry
  • 1 ounce fortified tomato water dashi
  • 1 1/2 ounce Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
  • Green Chartreuse rinse (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Verjus Blanc, fino sherry, fortified tomato water dashi, and Mizu Saga Barley Shochu in a mixing glass and stir.
  2. Rinse a coupe with green Chartreuse, if desired.
  3. Pour the mixed cocktail into the glass and serve.
