The dashi, a key ingredient, requires some advance preparation but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce Verjus Blanc
- 1/2 ounce fino sherry
- 1 ounce fortified tomato water dashi
- 1 1/2 ounce Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
- Green Chartreuse rinse (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Verjus Blanc, fino sherry, fortified tomato water dashi, and Mizu Saga Barley Shochu in a mixing glass and stir.
- Rinse a coupe with green Chartreuse, if desired.
- Pour the mixed cocktail into the glass and serve.
