Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 large Egg White

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolk from the white and discard the yolk.
  2. Pour the egg white into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the pomegranate juice, vodka, Chambord, and maple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for 1 minute.
  5. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again vigorously for another 1 minute.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
