Ingredients
- 1.50 oz. Pecan Whiskey
- 1.50 oz. Crème de Cocoa
- 0.75 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1.50 oz. Half & Half
- 1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Chocolate syrup for swirling
- Caramel sauce for rim
- Finely chopped pecans for rim
Instructions
- Dip the rim of a martini glass into caramel sauce on a plate, twisting until coated.
- Dip the rim into a plate with chopped pecans, twisting until coated.
- Add Pecan Whiskey, Crème de Cocoa, Butterscotch Schnapps, Half & Half, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of the prepared martini glass, starting at the base and working your way up to nearly the top of the rim.
- Strain the martini into the glass and enjoy!
