Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Pecan Whiskey
  • 1.50 oz. Crème de Cocoa
  • 0.75 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1.50 oz. Half & Half
  • 1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • Chocolate syrup for swirling
  • Caramel sauce for rim
  • Finely chopped pecans for rim

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass into caramel sauce on a plate, twisting until coated.
  2. Dip the rim into a plate with chopped pecans, twisting until coated.
  3. Add Pecan Whiskey, Crème de Cocoa, Butterscotch Schnapps, Half & Half, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  5. Swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of the prepared martini glass, starting at the base and working your way up to nearly the top of the rim.
  6. Strain the martini into the glass and enjoy!
