- 1/2 oz Monin's Cuaracao Triple Sec (skip if making non-alcoholic)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar (optional)
- 3/4 cup chilled water
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the cucumber and celery with 1/4 cup cold water, then strain the mixture.
