Ingredients

  • 1 oz amber maple syrup
  • 2.50 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 6 oz LaCroix Sparkling Water Beach Plum, chilled
  • 3 whole, fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine maple syrup, cranberry juice, 1 rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Simmer for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Remove and discard the rosemary, cinnamon, and cloves.
  2. Prepare the garnish by threading 3 cranberries onto the remaining rosemary sprigs.
  3. When ready to serve, pour 1 ounce of the spiced maple and cranberry mixture into a Champagne coupe.
  4. Top off with about 3 to 4 ounces of LaCroix Beach Plum and add the garnish.
