Ingredients
- 1.50 oz evaporated milk
- 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 3 oz Bacardi white rum
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
- Add the Bacardi white rum to the mixture and blend again until incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar and seal with a lid.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, shake the jar well to mix the ingredients.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
