Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 oz Bacardi white rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the Bacardi white rum to the mixture and blend again until incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and seal with a lid.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, shake the jar well to mix the ingredients.
  7. Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
