Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cream of coconut
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup white rum
- 2 vanilla beans, split in half
- 3-4 whole cinnamon sticks

- In a blender, combine the cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Add the white rum to the mixture in the blender and blend again until fully incorporated.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or rum level to your preference.
- Pour the coquito mixture into a pitcher and add the split vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the mixture until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld for at least an hour.
- Before serving, allow the coquito to sit at room temperature until it reaches a thinner consistency.
