Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2-1 tablespoon bourbon (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the egg yolk and maple syrup until light and creamy.
