Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz. coconut milk
- 1 1/2 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 to 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 oz. rum
- 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks.
- Adjust the amount of cream of coconut based on your desired sweetness and coconut flavor.
- Blend on low speed for about 1 minute until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- For optimal flavor, chill the Coconut Rum Delight for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days.
