Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 cup gold rum
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a small dish, soak the raisins in just enough rum to cover for at least 10 minutes.
- Combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and the soaked raisins with any remaining rum in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and the raisins are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher or large glass container and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve the coquito cold and enjoy it as is, or add more rum to your liking.
