Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 cup gold rum
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a small dish, soak the raisins in just enough rum to cover for at least 10 minutes.
- Combine all the liquid ingredients in a blender, including the soaked raisins, along with the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and freshly ground nutmeg.
