Ingredients
- 3.75 oz coconut milk
- 4.67 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 5 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
- Shake the bottle before serving.
- Pour the chilled coquito into a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
