Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1.50 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • juice from 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Smear a bit of honey around the rim of a martini glass.
  2. Spread the desiccated coconut on a plate and roll the rim of the glass in it to coat with coconut.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, vodka, coconut cream, and lime juice.
  4. Add ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake until the drink is well chilled.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
