Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1-1.50 oz rum
- ice
- ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until well chilled to allow the flavors to blend.
- Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and stir the coquito. Serve over ice, add 1-1.5 oz of rum, and stir again.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for a delightful finish.
