Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1-1.50 oz rum
  • ice
  • ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate until well chilled to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Before serving, remove the cinnamon stick and stir the coquito. Serve over ice, add 1-1.5 oz of rum, and stir again.
  4. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for a delightful finish.
