Ingredients

  • 1 oz raisins
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a small dish, soak the raisins in just enough rum to cover, approximately 1 oz. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and the soaked raisins along with the rum.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the raisins are fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pitcher or a large glass container and chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve the chilled Coconog Bliss by itself, or add a bit of rum to your liking.
