Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1.50 oz Cucumber Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Coconut Milk
  • 0.50 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. In a spouted container, combine bourbon whiskey, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Pour the cocktail mixture into the milk mixture and cover with a lid. Allow it to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
  4. Line a fine sieve mesh with a coffee filter and pour the chilled mixture through it, allowing the cocktail to filter through slowly.
  5. Once the cocktail is completely filtered, pour it into a serving glass over a large ice cube.
