Ingredients
- 1 egg, separated (yolk & white)
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
- 2 tablespoons Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Vodka
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolk until light in color, then whisk in the sugar until well combined.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cream, and half of the cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the hot milk to the egg mixture while whisking. Pour the mixture back into the pan over medium heat and cook until hot or 160 degrees F.
- Remove the eggnog from the heat, and stir in the cinnamon roll vodka. Cool completely.
- Optionally, whisk the egg white until soft peaks form and fold into the cooled eggnog.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon on top.
