  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 3 whole cloves (or a pinch of ground cloves)
  • 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled, or a pinch of ground ginger)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider (or apple juice for a lighter flavor)

Instructions
