Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1/2 drop of green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (AMERICAN HERITAGE(r) brand recommended)
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, mint extract, and green food coloring (if used) until well mixed.
  2. Spoon the chocolate syrup into an 8-ounce glass.
  3. Slowly pour the mint milk and cream mixture over the chocolate syrup in the glass.
  4. Over the back of a spoon, gently pour the strong coffee over the milk mixture.
  5. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
