Ingredients

  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 0.50 oz bittersweet dark chocolate
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 oz light rum

Instructions

  1. Break the dark chocolate into medium pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until hot, then pour over the chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate has melted and combined with the coconut milk.
  3. In a blender, combine the chocolate mixture, coconut cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
  4. Add the vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Finally, pour in the rum and blend until everything is well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle, seal tightly, and refrigerate.
