Ingredients
- 1 oz coconut milk
- 0.50 oz bittersweet dark chocolate
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz condensed milk
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 oz light rum
Instructions
- Break the dark chocolate into medium pieces and place in a bowl.
- Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until hot, then pour over the chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate has melted and combined with the coconut milk.
- In a blender, combine the chocolate mixture, coconut cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
