Choco-Almond Espresso Shake-up

Ingredients
- 2 shots brewed espresso
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate almond milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Cocao nibs
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the powdered sugar with the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- Brew 2 shots of espresso.
- Add 1 cup of ice to a large mason jar with a lid, then pour in the espresso. Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until the espresso becomes frothy and takes on a caramel color.
- Pour the shaken espresso, including the ice, into a serving glass.
- Add the dark chocolate almond milk to the glass.
- If using, top with the prepared whipped cream and sprinkle with cocao nibs.
- Stir while sipping and enjoy!
