Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
  • 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the brewed coffee or espresso into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours.
  2. Place the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and vanilla extract in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Divide the mixture between 2 chilled coupe martini glasses and garnish each with 3 coffee beans, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the indulgent Chilled Espresso Bliss.
