Chilled Espresso Bliss
A refreshing and invigorating frozen espresso martini made with coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and a hint of vanilla, garnished with coffee beans.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
- 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
- 1.50 oz vodka
- 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the brewed coffee or espresso into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours.
- Place the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and vanilla extract in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Divide the mixture between 2 chilled coupe martini glasses and garnish each with 3 coffee beans, if desired.
