- 1/4 cup brandy
- Sparkling water or hard cider, for serving

- Place the mixture in the freezer and chill for at least 8 hours, overnight, or up to a month in advance.
- Remove the slush from the freezer 1 - 2 hours before serving to allow it to melt slightly for easier scraping and serving.
- Add 1 cup of slush to a glass using a ladle.
