  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1/8 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon pisco, aguardiente, grappa, or brandy
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
