Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1 oz coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon stick and star anise for garnish

Instructions
