Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. mezcal
  • 1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. fresh carrot juice
  • 2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
  • Pink peppercorn, for rim
  • Salt, for rim

Instructions

  1. Rim a coupe glass with ground pink peppercorn and salt.
  2. Combine mezcal, cinnamon syrup, lime juice, carrot juice, and orange bitters in a shaker tin with ice.
  3. Shake until the tin feels cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
