Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Caribbean blended rum (6-10yr old)
  • 1.50 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Single cream or half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Stir the rum and coffee liqueur with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
  2. Carefully float lightly whipped cream on top by shaking the cream in the container to aerate it prior to pouring.
