Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Caribbean blended rum (6-10yr old)
- 1.50 oz Coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Single cream or half-and-half
Instructions
- Stir the rum and coffee liqueur with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
- Carefully float lightly whipped cream on top by shaking the cream in the container to aerate it prior to pouring.
